How do I heat it up?

Pop the inner pad in the microwave for 60–90 seconds, heating in 30-second bursts and checking the temperature between each one. Never heat it in one long go — every microwave is different, and short bursts let you stop at the warmth you actually want.

How long does it stay warm?

Around 40–60 minutes, depending on how long you heated it and how cold the room is. Long enough to fall asleep with.

Can I use it cold instead?

Yes. Put the inner pad in a sealed bag in the freezer for a couple of hours and you have a cooling pad instead — useful in summer or for headaches.

How do I clean it?

Remove the inner heating pad first, then spot-clean the outer plush with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Let it air dry fully before putting the pad back in. Never put the inner pad in a washing machine or submerge it in water.

Is it safe to use?

Yes, with normal care. Do not exceed the heating times above, do not reheat it while it is still warm from a previous use, and do not leave it heating unattended. An adult should always do the heating for a child. If the fabric ever smells scorched or feels hot rather than warm, stop using it.

Is this a medical device?

No. The Cozy Sloth is a comfort product, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose or treat anything. If you are dealing with pain that worries you, please speak to a doctor.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What if I change my mind?
